Participation in the 5th Hongqiao Economic Forum

The Director of the HSE Anti-Corruption Center took part in the conference "Compliance and Business Integrity in the Belt and Road Initiative", organized within the framework of the 5th Hongqiao International Economic Forum. Alexey Konov made a presentation on "Anti-Corruption Compliance and the FCPA-Related Risks", in which he briefly described the experience of Russia in implementing anti-corruption regulations for public and private sector organizations and measures to minimize the risks of applying foreign extra-territorial anti-corruption laws to Russian companies and their employees.
